Results: Guinness Cake
Thanks to everyone who came/ate/participated. And we actually had to do some hacking! Once, because we forgot the exact ingredients for the cream cheese frosting. Again, when we realized the food processor needed the help of a fork to operate. As far as the frosting, luckily the store across the street had some options. However, heavy cream and silken tofu do not make much of a cream cheese, even in consistency. Even once you add cornstarch. Although it wasn’t inedible by any measure.
